Warranty conditions

At Luxcontroller we give you a 1-year guarantee on all PS5 and XBOX controllers. The guarantee begins on the invoice date and applies to all sales within Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, we as guarantor will provide one of the following services under the guarantee:

• free repair of the goods or
• Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item

The guarantee covers all material and production defects that we use to produce Luxcontrollers. In detail, the following damages are covered by the guarantee:

• Breakage of the paddle or failure of the micro buttons for operating the paddles.
• Failure of the LED lighting, both the Light System and the Light System+
• If the original battery wears out or wears out, the battery can be replaced if the performance is less than 50%.
• Failure of the micro buttons for the trigger system (L2/R2)
• Failure of the micro buttons for the bumper system (L1/R1)

Warranty claims are excluded if the goods are damaged by:

• Abusive or inappropriate treatment
• Environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust)
• Use of force (e.g. punch, push, fall, excessive pressure)
• own repair attempts (as soon as the controller is opened the guarantee expires)
• normal wear and tear

In the event of a claim under the guarantee, it is assumed that, at our request, we will be able to examine the guarantee case by sending in the goods. It is important to ensure that damage during transport is avoided by using appropriate packaging. It is best to use the original packaging.

To apply for warranty service, you must provide us with proof of purchase upon request. We ask for your understanding that as a manufacturer we can refuse warranty service without providing proof of purchase. A screenshot of a bank statement that shows exactly which order number is sufficient is sufficient as proof of purchase.

A notice:

Your legal rights in the event of defects are not restricted by this guarantee promise and can be exercised by you free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights towards us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
